When we met, I was in the process of interviewing/evaluating other local real estate agents as, we had previously listed our home for sale without success and were feeling very discouraged and disappointed going into the late summer months in what appeared was a declining market.

During our initial discussions, I quickly realized that you had a very unique advertising and marketing plan. and I was frankly (excuse the pun) awed by the your professional approach, expertise and guidance from the very beginning .

Once we got to know you, we found you to be genuinely and sincerely committed to helping us prepare the house to show its best and due to your experience, I fully agreed with and implemented ALL of your suggestions to improve the general salability and again, was really appreciative of the fact that you put on your jeans and worked side by side with me to get the job done in time to meet our agreed upon Listing date.

Your suggestion of using and finding for us, a “Stager” turned out to be brilliant as, the house simply looked amazing and I am sure it helped enormously in getting the House Sold within Three Thousand dollars from our asking price.

I cannot end this letter without stating that I was also extremely impressed with your weekend open houses and your continuous follow up on any and all leads that were generated from these and any other sources plus, at the crunch so to speak, your diligence in managing to get MULTIPLE offers to bring our selling price up to the desired level.

"Dear Frank:

Just of note of “thanks” for all your help in selling and purchasing a new property. We were very relieved when you “came on the scene” and were able to get a crew out to put up a new fence in one day. Something we had been trying to do for over a week. They did a great job and finished in two days and saved us several hundred dollars. These same guys, who we would highly recommend, also put in a sliding patio door for us, again doing a great job and saving us $250.00. Frank, we also appreciate your hard work in cleaning out the backyard, trimming hedge and mowing the lawn, above and beyond.

Relative to looking for a condo, although we were a bit indecisive which required you to show us many units, we appreciate the fact that you were always gracious and never tried to push us into anything we may regret later.

We are very happy in the condo and as you know have settled in comfortably. Taz and Becky adjusted immediately, loving all the windows. Willow is taking a bit longer, but is now coming out of hiding several times a day, even if it is only to eat.
